Returns & Refunds

Our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return the product our actual outbound shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your return refund. In addition some of our brands (TZ Case, Winn International) carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return or exchange. Upgraded shipping costs will not be refunded. However, before you can ship an item back to us please call or email us with your original order number in order to receive a return packing slip. Returns are not accepted on merchandise without original packaging or accompanying tags. Be sure to pack your item securely to prevent damage in transit. Damaged items will not be accepted for return.
Viewing Orders
You may view your order by logging onto your account at GotBags.com.  After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation letter that will contain your order details including the items you have ordered, any color of the item and the quantity of such item.
